San Jose, CA — February 5, 2026ALLCPR Executive Director Mr. Kenny Miao hosted Mr. Michael Pitkin, Premier Provider Executive from the American Red Cross (ARC), for a meeting today at the University of San Jose.

This session served as a direct follow-up to the exploratory “AI + CPR: Smart Manikin” meeting held on January 21. Today’s discussion focused on advancing that theme by reviewing the specific details related to Smart Manikin systems.

The meeting marks a continued dialogue between ALLCPR and ARC leadership as they evaluate how these systems may support existing training frameworks.

This ongoing collaboration underscores a shared commitment to the “ongoing dialogue and evaluation” deemed essential when exploring new instructional technologies. By further exploring the details of the initiative, ALLCPR and ARC are deepening their partnership to ensure that emerging tools effectively assist instructors and learners while fully respecting established ARC standards and instructional authority.

AUTOCPR is an AI-powered, unmanned community emergency training center developed by ALLCPR, a nationwide community emergency training network. By integrating artificial intelligence with digital technologies, AUTOCPR advances community-based emergency training through intelligent, standardized, accessible, and low-staff operations.

Supported by ALLCPR’s network of more than 200 training centers across 35 U.S. states, AUTOCPR incorporates American Red Cross (ARC) and other applicable training programs. It combines an AI Agent-powered operating platform, Smart Manikins, and standardized instructional processes to provide CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS training and certification services to individuals, families, businesses, schools, and communities.

A standard AUTOCPR center occupies approximately 15–20 square meters and can be established in commercial buildings, community centers, schools, fitness facilities, and other public-service locations. Participants can complete registration, scheduling, and online coursework through the digital platform. They then attend an in-person skills session guided by an intelligent training system, which records performance data and provides personalized feedback. Participants complete the required skills evaluation and receive certification in accordance with the applicable course and certification standards.

Through its low-staff, digitally managed operating model, AUTOCPR can reduce operating costs, extend service hours, improve training efficiency, and expand access to emergency training in local communities. Its goal is to build a convenient, efficient, replicable, and sustainable community emergency education infrastructure.

ALLCPR plans to establish 300 AUTOCPR centers across the United States through project partnerships, corporate collaborations, and authorized franchise models. By working with nonprofit organizations, schools, businesses, and individuals, ALLCPR aims to create a nationwide network of community-based lifesaving nodes, expand access to emergency preparedness education, and help build stronger social safety infrastructure.
