About ALLCPR
ALLCPR, which stands for “All of Us Should Learn CPR,” is a leading community emergency training network founded in Silicon Valley in 2022 by USJ Education Group.
ALLCPR provides CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), AED, and First Aid training for individuals, healthcare professionals, businesses, schools, and community organizations. It is an American Red Cross Primary Licensed Training Provider and an American Heart Association Training Partner.
Today, ALLCPR operates more than 160 training locations across 35 U.S. states, works with over 200 full-time and part-time instructors, and trains approximately 7,000 participants each month. More than 100,000 individuals have completed training through ALLCPR to date.
Position Summary
The Regional Business Development Specialist ( ICPIS: International Community Philanthropy Industry Specialist) supports the development and expansion of CPR training programs in assigned regions and international communities.
This position identifies local partners, supports new training location development, assists with instructor recruitment and onboarding, and coordinates regional programs to promote community health, emergency preparedness, and public-service impact.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Partnership Development
- Identify and contact schools, clinics, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community centers.
- Introduce ALLCPR’s training, community outreach, and partnership programs.
- Support partner onboarding, orientation, and required documentation.
- Maintain relationships with local and international partner organizations.
New Training Location Support
- Assist with identifying and evaluating potential training locations.
- Coordinate site information, operational requirements, timelines, and readiness checks.
- Support communication among local partners, instructors, and ALLCPR internal teams.
- Help ensure new locations follow approved procedures and training standards.
Instructor Development and Support
- Assist with instructor recruitment, credential review, onboarding, and scheduling.
- Support new instructors during their initial training activities.
- Maintain accurate instructor and regional program records.
- Communicate operational updates and program expectations.
Regional Program Operations
- Track enrollment, class activity, completion data, and training output by region.
- Review the accuracy of schedules, location information, and student instructions.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate teams.
- Help maintain a consistent student experience across different locations.
Outreach and Reporting
- Prepare outreach materials, partnership proposals, and program updates.
- Track contacts, meetings, new partners, training locations, and regional progress.
- Prepare basic regional performance and community-impact reports.
- Coordinate with Channel Operations, Marketing, Training Services, and Quality Assurance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or professional experience.
- Current students seeking CPT or OPT opportunities are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in education, community outreach, partnership development, international programs, or training operations is preferred.
- English proficiency is required; Chinese, Spanish, or other language skills are a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and time zones.
