AI Agent + AUTOCPR to Advance Community Emergency Training Networks Across North America
On August 4, 2026, ALLCPR successfully held its Nationwide ARC Channel Development Meeting. The meeting was attended by Spencer Stelljes, Sales Director at the American Red Cross (ARC); Nathan Griffin, National Accounts Manager at the American Red Cross (ARC); Dr. Claude Wang, Chairman of ALLCPR; Kenny Miao, Administrative Director of ALLCPR; and AL He, Channel Director of ALLCPR.

The meeting focused on the development of ALLCPR’s ARC training channels in 2026, progress in collaboration, current operational challenges, and potential solutions. Both sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation and accelerating the continued development of ALLCPR’s nationwide training center network.
The meeting reviewed the progress of ALLCPR’s ARC channel development and community emergency training network since the beginning of 2026. Discussions covered key areas including training center expansion, course operations, channel management, customer service, and training quality assurance. Both sides also explored opportunities to further optimize collaboration mechanisms, improve channel efficiency, and strengthen the standardization of training services.
AL He, Channel Director of ALLCPR, introduced ALLCPR’s developing AI Agent Service System. The system is designed to integrate artificial intelligence into customer consultation, course recommendations, student services, training center operations, channel support, and data analysis. Through AI-powered services, ALLCPR aims to enhance operational efficiency and service capabilities while providing intelligent and digital support for its rapidly expanding community emergency training network.
Kenny Miao, Administrative Director of ALLCPR, presented the development plan for AUTOCPR, ALLCPR’s automated emergency training system. AUTOCPR is designed to integrate smart training equipment, digital course delivery, AI-assisted services, and standardized training processes. The model aims to improve the accessibility, convenience, and operational efficiency of community-based CPR and emergency training while providing an innovative solution for expanding training services into communities, businesses, and public facilities.
During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the progress of their collaboration and recognized significant opportunities for continued development as AI Agent technology, AUTOCPR, and community emergency training networks become increasingly integrated.
Dr. Claude Wang, Chairman of ALLCPR, stated that ALLCPR will continue to strengthen its collaboration with the American Red Cross while advancing its strategy of standardization, network expansion, and intelligent operations. ALLCPR will accelerate the development of its ARC training channels and community training centers, while promoting the implementation of AI Agent and AUTOCPR technologies to continuously improve training quality, service capabilities, and operational efficiency.
