The 2025 ALLCPR Summer Internship Program has successfully concluded. Over the course of several months, this program not only witnessed the growth and transformation of outstanding young talents but also marked significant breakthroughs in the field of automation and AI innovation. To celebrate these achievements, and to commemorate the milestone of establishing 150 ALLCPR community CPR training centers in the United States, ALLCPR will host the Summary & Commendation Ceremony on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the University of San Jose, followed by a team-building dinner banquet in the evening.

Internship Achievements

This year’s internship program focused on intelligent automation, with interns developing a comprehensive suite of AI tools covering certificate management, course operations, data processing, and customer services.

Highlighted projects include:

  • ARC Certificate Auto-Printing: One-click download and classification of certificates, saving significant manual effort.

  • Email Monitoring & Feedback System: Automated monitoring of customer service emails to ensure no student misses course information due to failed delivery.

  • Course Cancellation & Reminder Agent: Automated notifications for low-enrollment course cancellations and SMS reminders for instructors, reducing manual workload.

  • Student Feedback AI Agent: Automatically responds to negative reviews, thanks positive reviewers, generates teacher reports, and issues performance alerts—creating a complete closed-loop feedback process.

  • Automated Data Collection & Deployment: Local and cloud-based Enrollware data updates, powering customer service AI with accurate datasets.

  • ARC Course Auto-Publishing System: Automated batch course publishing, transforming what once required days of work into minutes.

  • Google Map Review Collection & Bonus Evaluation: Automated review aggregation and teacher reward calculation, strengthening motivation and fairness.

These projects have significantly reduced repetitive tasks and enhanced user experience, marking a solid step forward for ALLCPR’s path to intelligent operations.

AUTOCPR is an AI-powered, unmanned community emergency training center developed by ALLCPR, a nationwide community emergency training network. By integrating artificial intelligence with digital technologies, AUTOCPR advances community-based emergency training through intelligent, standardized, accessible, and low-staff operations.

Supported by ALLCPR’s network of more than 200 training centers across 35 U.S. states, AUTOCPR incorporates American Red Cross (ARC) and other applicable training programs. It combines an AI Agent-powered operating platform, Smart Manikins, and standardized instructional processes to provide CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS training and certification services to individuals, families, businesses, schools, and communities.

A standard AUTOCPR center occupies approximately 15–20 square meters and can be established in commercial buildings, community centers, schools, fitness facilities, and other public-service locations. Participants can complete registration, scheduling, and online coursework through the digital platform. They then attend an in-person skills session guided by an intelligent training system, which records performance data and provides personalized feedback. Participants complete the required skills evaluation and receive certification in accordance with the applicable course and certification standards.

Through its low-staff, digitally managed operating model, AUTOCPR can reduce operating costs, extend service hours, improve training efficiency, and expand access to emergency training in local communities. Its goal is to build a convenient, efficient, replicable, and sustainable community emergency education infrastructure.

ALLCPR plans to establish 300 AUTOCPR centers across the United States through project partnerships, corporate collaborations, and authorized franchise models. By working with nonprofit organizations, schools, businesses, and individuals, ALLCPR aims to create a nationwide network of community-based lifesaving nodes, expand access to emergency preparedness education, and help build stronger social safety infrastructure.
