Congratulations on the Official Launch of the ONPECY Global Entrepreneurship Community
On July 20, 2026 (Silicon Valley, USA) / July 21, 2026 (Beijing Time), the ONPECY Global Launch Ceremony & International OPC Entrepreneurship Base Inauguration was successfully held simultaneously in Silicon Valley at the University of San Jose (USJ) and in Chengdu, China.
The event was jointly organized by Gosvea Inc., Minto, the University of San Jose (USJ), ALLCPR, and strategic partners from Singapore. During the ceremony, the organizations officially co-founded the ONPECY Global Entrepreneurship Community (Global OPC Community). Entrepreneurs, university leaders, business executives, and industry partners from China, the United States, Singapore, and other countries participated through a live video connection, witnessing the official launch of the global community and opening a new chapter of AI-powered international entrepreneurship.
The ceremony also marked the inauguration of the International OPC Entrepreneurship Base (Silicon Valley & Chengdu). Dr. Claude Wang, Chairman of ALLCPR and Chairman of the University of San Jose, Mr. Xuesong Xiao, Chairman of Minto, Dr. Tony Hu, Trustee of Patten University, Mr. Peng Wang, General Manager of Gocean, and Mr. Shen Ping, Vice President of the Yanzhao Chamber of Commerce in Silicon Valley, Professor Stephen jointly unveiled the new entrepreneurship base, symbolizing the beginning of ONPECY’s dual-headquarters global development strategy.
Under the theme “Army of One · Born to Win,” the conference officially launched the ONPECY Global Entrepreneurship Platform, the ONPECY Global Certification Framework (OGCF), the ONPECY Global Partnership Program, and a series of AI entrepreneurship projects. The conference introduced a new vision:
“Everyone Can Build an AI One Person Company.”
The initiative encourages every individual to leverage Artificial Intelligence to establish and operate an AI One Person Company (AI OPC), transforming from job seekers into entrepreneurs and from individual contributors into globally connected business owners.
1. ONPECY Originated from ALLCPR’s AI Innovation
Dr. Claude Wang delivered the keynote speech titled “The AI Era: Everyone Can Build a Company.”
He explained that ONPECY was not created overnight. Instead, it evolved from four years of continuous innovation through ALLCPR’s unique development model integrating Public Service + Artificial Intelligence + Education + Entrepreneurship.
Today, ALLCPR has grown into an international community CPR training network covering more than 160 training centers across 35 U.S. states, receiving the American Red Cross Achievement Award in both 2024 and 2025. During the development of AI Agents, Digital Employees, and the AUTOCPR Autonomous Community CPR Training Center, the team gradually established a practical AI-powered entrepreneurship model that ultimately led to the creation of ONPECY.
AUTOCPR has become not only an innovative community emergency preparedness project but also an ideal real-world application scenario for AI One Person Companies, providing entrepreneurs with authentic projects, operational experience, and market opportunities.
2. Building Vertical AI Agent Business Scenarios
Mr. Xuesong Xiao, Chairman of Minto, presented the company’s AI development strategy and introduced its AI hardware product portfolio, intelligent devices, and international expansion roadmap.
He emphasized that Minto and ONPECY will jointly establish dual headquarters in Chengdu and Silicon Valley, focusing on AI hardware, AI Agents, and industry-specific intelligent applications. Together they will build vertical AI entrepreneurship opportunities while expanding into global markets through an international “Go Global” strategy.
3. Launch of the ONPECY Global Certification Framework
The conference officially introduced the ONPECY Global Certification Framework (OGCF).
The framework is designed to establish internationally recognized competency standards for AI entrepreneurship, creating a complete development pathway covering Learning, Practice, Certification, Entrepreneurship, and Industry Development.
The certification system includes three professional levels:
- OPCS (One Person Company Specialist) – designed for university students, AI beginners, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
- OPCM (One Person Company Manager) – designed for startup founders, entrepreneurs, and business managers.
- OPCE (One Person Company Expert) – designed for entrepreneurship mentors, executives, and industry leaders.
The framework also introduces specialized certifications in AI Agent Development, AI Automation, Digital Employees, AI Marketing, Physical AI, AI Healthcare, and other emerging technologies, creating a globally recognized career pathway for AI entrepreneurs.
4. Launch of the ONPECY Global Partnership Program
The conference officially launched the ONPECY Global Partnership Program (GPP).
The program welcomes universities, enterprises, training organizations, investors, industry associations, and entrepreneurs worldwide to join the global AI entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Following the strategy of “Dual Headquarters, Multiple Innovation Centers, and Global Partnerships,” Chengdu will serve as ONPECY’s innovation hub in China, while Silicon Valley will become its international gateway, connecting global education, entrepreneurship, investment, certification, and startup incubation resources.

In his closing remarks, Dr. Claude Wang stated that the next twenty years will belong to Artificial Intelligence.
