Today, ALLCPR has grown into an internationally recognized brand in emergency training. It is an American Red Cross Primary Licensed Training Provider (PLTP) and an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Partner and was honored with the 2024 American Red Cross Achievement Award for its outstanding achievements in community emergency training. ALLCPR has established over 160 community emergency training centers across 35 U.S. states, supported by more than 200 full-time and part-time instructors. ALLCPR trains approximately 7,000 participants each month, with over 100,000 individuals trained to date.Through its proprietary AI Agent Management Platform, ALLCPR has achieved intelligent, end-to-end digital management—from registration and instruction to assessment and certification. The organization is also actively expanding into China, Canada, and Australia, advancing its global development strategy to build a truly international community emergency training ecosystem.

This role is responsible for improving search engine visibility and web traffic performance across ALLCPR’s national network of training center pages. The SEO Specialist will analyze data, optimize content structure, and implement strategic keyword frameworks to support enrollment growth.

Position Summary

We are looking for a versatile Web Developer & SEO Specialist who can own both the technical development of our website and its organic growth performance. This is a full-stack, hands-on role at the intersection of web engineering, UX/UI design, SEO strategy, and digital marketing.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing ALLCPR’s web presence across 160+ location pages — ensuring fast, accessible, well-designed pages that rank at the top of search results for CPR/BLS/AED-related queries nationwide. You should be equally comfortable pushing code as you are analyzing keyword gaps or redesigning a landing page layout.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Maintenance

  • Develop, maintain, and improve ALLCPR’s WordPress-based website, including custom themes, plugins, and page builder components (Elementor, WooCommerce, ElementsKit, etc.)
  • Build and optimize front-end UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness
  • Handle back-end integrations including form handling, API connections, database queries, and plugin customization (PHP/MySQL)
  • Maintain site health: uptime monitoring, security patches, plugin updates, backup management
  • Implement performance optimizations: image compression, caching, lazy loading, CDN configuration
  • Collaborate on LMS and workflow automation integrations (e.g., WooCommerce + SCORM, n8n pipelines)

UI/UX & Front-End Design

  • Design and implement visually compelling landing pages, campaign pages, and location pages consistent with brand guidelines
  • Conduct UX audits and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements
  • Prototype and iterate page layouts using design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Build reusable component libraries and design systems within the WordPress ecosystem

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct competitive keyword research and develop keyword frameworks for national and local search
  • Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking architecture
  • Implement schema markup (LocalBusiness, Course, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList) and structured data
  • Manage technical SEO: crawl error resolution, sitemap management, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals, index coverage
  • Optimize 160+ location pages for local SEO; manage Google Business Profile listings and NAP consistency
  • Build citations, acquire backlinks, and develop content SEO strategies aligned with enrollment growth goals

Analytics & Performance

  • Set up and maintain tracking via Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and tag management tools
  • Monitor and report on rankings, CTR, impressions, organic traffic, and conversion metrics
  • Identify performance gaps and develop data-driven optimization roadmaps
  • A/B test page variants and measure impact on engagement and lead generation

Marketing & Growth Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align web and SEO efforts with campaign calendars and growth targets
  • Support email marketing, social media landing pages, and paid traffic conversion optimization
  • Provide recommendations on content marketing strategy, blog cadence, and topic clusters
  • Contribute to ALLCPR’s international expansion web presence (Canada, China, Australia)

Tech Stack

  • CMS: WordPress (Elementor, WooCommerce, ElementsKit, Yoast/RankMath, WPForms, etc.)
  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive/mobile-first design
  • Back-End: PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, basic server management
  • SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs
  • Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
  • Other: Git, n8n (automation), cloud platforms (GCP/AWS a plus)

Qualifications

Required

  • Proficiency in WordPress development — theme customization, plugin configuration, page builder usage
  • Solid front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; ability to implement pixel-precise designs
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals: on-page, technical, and local SEO
  • Ability to read analytics data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ownership mindset

Preferred

  • Back-end experience: PHP, MySQL, or REST API integrations
  • Portfolio of previous web design or front-end projects (required for design-track candidates)
  • Experience with multi-location or franchise-style SEO
  • Familiarity with performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, page speed)
  • Exposure to digital marketing concepts: paid search, email funnels, conversion optimization
  • Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) or AI-assisted workflows
