These policies apply to all ALLCPR courses. Please review the General Policies below, along with the section specific to your course type — AHA BLS or ARC Smart Manikin.

General Policies (All Courses)

Fees at a Glance

  • Cancellation Fee: $25 (applies to cancellations initiated by the student)
  • Reschedule Fee: $25 per request (waived with Reschedule Insurance)
  • No-Show Re-Registration Fee: $40
  • Reschedule Insurance: $10 (optional)

Reschedule Insurance (Optional – $10)

We highly recommend the optional $10 Reschedule Insurance. It waives the $25 reschedule fee and lets you reschedule as many times as needed at no additional charge.

  • Once you have successfully rescheduled at least once, the Reschedule Insurance is non-refundable.
  • Reschedule Insurance cannot be refunded individually after you have registered for the course.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled in-person class, you will not be eligible to receive an OSHA-Approved CPR certificate, and no refund will be issued.

If you completed the online portion and have a valid reason for your absence, you may request to reschedule to another in-person class. A $40 re-registration fee applies. (The reschedule window differs by course — see your course-specific section below.)

Health & COVID-19 Policy

The health and safety of our training community is our highest priority. If you are sick, or have been sick within 48 hours, please reschedule prior to your scheduled course.

Visitor Policy

Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training. Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.

Failed Course Policy

A student is considered failed if they are a no-show / absent from their scheduled class. There is no refund for any student who does not pass a course. Students who do not pass must re-enroll.

Class Cancellation by ALLCPR

ALLCPR reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Affected enrollees will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

AHA BLS Course — Specific Policies

AHA Instruction Manual Requirement

The American Heart Association requires students to have the official AHA Instruction Manual to complete this course and receive certification. Students must purchase the manual directly from the American Heart Association website. The manual helps you review and retain skills before and after class.

Cancellation Policy (AHA)

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to support@allcpr.org at least 24 hours before the in-person class.
  • We do not accept refund requests within 24 hours of the start of the in-person class.
  • A $25 cancellation fee applies to cancellations initiated by the student for their own reasons.

Reschedule Policy (AHA)

  • Reschedule requests must be sent to cpr@usjus.org at least 24 hours before the in-person class.
  • A $25 reschedule fee applies (waived with Reschedule Insurance).
  • Without Reschedule Insurance, you may reschedule no more than 3 times, with a $25 fee charged each time.
    Example: rescheduling 3 times would cost $75 — versus a one-time $10 with Reschedule Insurance for unlimited reschedules.

No-Show Policy (AHA)

If you completed the online portion and have a valid reason for absence, you may request to reschedule to another in-person class within 60 days. A $40 fee applies.

ARC Smart Manikin Course — Specific Policies

  • A $25 fee applies to each reschedule request, unless you have purchased Reschedule Insurance. This fee is charged for every reschedule request.

  • We only accept cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the in-person session. Refund requests will not be accepted within 48 hours of the session.
  • A $25 cancellation fee applies to cancellations initiated by the student for their own reasons.

No-Show Policy (Smart Manikin)

If you completed the online portion and have a valid reason for absence, you may request to reschedule to another in-person class within 90 days. A nominal $40 re-registration fee applies.

Course Participant Agreement

By purchasing and registering for this course, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the policies and terms set forth above, and to the following:

All course participants must comply with all of the regulations set forth by Gosvea Inc. and associated staff.

In consideration of myself participating in any Gosvea Inc. managed course or service, I state and promise as follows:

  1. I knowingly and fully assume all risks associated with the course or service. I hereby, for myself, my child/children, our heirs, administrators, executors and personal representatives forever waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages and losses, whether monetary or otherwise compensatory, that I or my child may have against: (i) Gosvea Inc. and its Directors; and (ii) any affiliated Training Facility; and (iii) executive directors, owners, managers, employees, members, representatives and agents; and (iv) all instructors, participants, organizers, planners and volunteers;
  2. The undersigned participant, representative, parent and/or guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in truth, acting in such a capacity and agrees to save and Hold Harmless and indemnify each and all liability, loss, cost, or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act, and release said parties on behalf of myself, the participant or minor.
  3. I authorize Gosvea Inc. to use my contact information to communicate any schedule updates and announcements. In using Gosvea Inc. training services, I consent to be photographed, filmed and audio recorded for social media and promotional purposes.
