ARC Summer Training Promotion Launch and Unveiling of the Global Chinese OPC Entrepreneurship Base in Silicon Valley

Silicon Valley, California – July 2, 2026 — ALLCPR proudly announced that it has been honored with the ARC 2025 Achievement Award presented by the American Red Cross (ARC). The award ceremony was held in Silicon Valley, California, where Mr. Pitkin, Senior Manager of the American Red Cross, presented the award to Dr. Claude Wang, Chairman of ALLCPR, in recognition of the organization’s outstanding contributions to community emergency preparedness education, CPR training promotion, and the development of social safety infrastructure.

This prestigious national recognition marks another important milestone for ALLCPR following its receipt of the ARC Achievement Award in 2024. The award reflects the American Red Cross’s high regard for ALLCPR’s professional excellence, service scale, innovation, and growing impact within the lifesaving education industry.

During the ceremony, Dr. Wang expressed his gratitude and reaffirmed ALLCPR’s mission:

“All of us should learn CPR.”

He noted that over the years, ALLCPR has evolved from a traditional CPR training provider into one of the nation’s leading community emergency preparedness networks, operating more than 160 training centers across 35 states. Through continuous innovation, ALLCPR has actively advanced its AI+CPR initiative, developing intelligent and unattended CPR training centers that leverage artificial intelligence to improve accessibility, efficiency, and learning outcomes.

Building upon the success of receiving the ARC Outstanding Contribution Award in 2024, ALLCPR achieved remarkable growth throughout 2025. During the year, the organization trained approximately 65,000 individuals and recorded nearly 80,000 program registrations across CPR, BLS, and other emergency response training programs. By January 2026, the cumulative number of trainees had exceeded 100,000 individuals. By June 2026, that figure had grown to nearly 150,000 participants, further solidifying ALLCPR’s position as one of the leading community emergency preparedness training organizations in the United States.

Following the award presentation, ALLCPR officially launched its 2026 ARC Summer Training Promotion Program. The initiative offers special discounts and training opportunities for students, educators, healthcare professionals, corporate employees, and community members. The program is designed to make lifesaving education more affordable and accessible while strengthening emergency response capabilities within local communities.

Another highlight of the event was the official unveiling of the Global Chinese OPC Entrepreneurship Base in Silicon Valley. The project is jointly initiated by ALLCPR, University of San Jose (USJ), and Minto Technology Singapore, with the goal of creating a global innovation and entrepreneurship platform for overseas Chinese entrepreneurs.

Leveraging Silicon Valley’s world-renowned innovation ecosystem and cutting-edge AI technologies, the OPC (One Person Company) Entrepreneurship Base will focus on AI Agents, digital marketing, knowledge services, healthcare technology, and cross-border business development. The platform will provide training, incubation services, business resources, mentorship, networking opportunities, and international market support for entrepreneurs worldwide.

Dr. Wang emphasized that artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping business organizations and that the OPC model represents one of the most promising entrepreneurial trends of the AI era.

“One person, one AI-powered system, and one global company will become an increasingly achievable entrepreneurial model for the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.”

The award recognition, the launch of the summer training initiative, and the establishment of the Global Chinese OPC Entrepreneurship Base together mark another important chapter in ALLCPR’s development. These achievements demonstrate the organization’s continued commitment to advancing emergency preparedness education, AI-driven innovation, and global entrepreneurial collaboration.

Looking ahead, ALLCPR will continue working alongside the American Red Cross and partners worldwide to strengthen social safety infrastructure, expand access to lifesaving education, and empower the next generation of AI-enabled entrepreneurs.
