About ALLCPR
ALLCPR, which stands for “All of Us Should Learn CPR,” is a leading community emergency training network founded in Silicon Valley in 2022 by USJ Education Group.
ALLCPR provides CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), AED, and First Aid training for individuals, healthcare professionals, businesses, and community organizations. It is an American Red Cross Primary Licensed Training Provider and an American Heart Association Training Partner.
Today, ALLCPR operates more than 160 training locations across 35 U.S. states, works with over 200 full-time and part-time instructors, and trains approximately 7,000 participants each month. More than 100,000 individuals have completed training through ALLCPR to date.
Position Summary
The Finance & Operations Analyst supports financial reporting, operational analysis, and management decision-making across ALLCPR’s nationwide training network.
This position collects and analyzes revenue, cost, enrollment, instructor, and location-performance data. The analyst also helps develop dashboards, prepare management reports, and provide insights for budgeting, pricing, profitability, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Financial and Operational Analysis
- Collect, clean, and organize financial and operational data.
- Track revenue, costs, enrollment, instructor hours, and performance by program, location, and region.
- Analyze profitability, cost drivers, operational efficiency, and business trends.
- Maintain accurate and consistent reporting data.
Dashboard and Reporting
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Support financial and operational reporting for management.
- Present findings clearly through charts, summaries, and recommendations.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and spending projections.
- Compare actual results with budgets and performance targets.
- Support pricing analysis, location evaluation, and return-on-investment reviews.
- Identify financial risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Cross-Department Support
- Work with Finance, Operations, Training, Marketing, and Regional Management teams.
- Gather and validate data from multiple departments.
- Improve reporting templates, data workflows, and automation processes.
- Support other business-analysis and financial projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or professional experience.
- Current students seeking CPT or OPT opportunities are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, and data cleaning.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage data accurately and meet reporting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Education or experience in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with budgeting, KPI reporting, financial modeling, or operational analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
- Interest in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, or operational finance.
