About ALLCPR
ALLCPR, which stands for “All of Us Should Learn CPR,” is a leading community emergency training network founded in Silicon Valley in 2022 by USJ Education Group.
ALLCPR provides CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), AED, and First Aid training for individuals, healthcare professionals, businesses, and community organizations. It is an American Red Cross Primary Licensed Training Provider and an American Heart Association Training Partner.
Today, ALLCPR operates more than 160 training locations across 35 U.S. states, works with over 200 full-time and part-time instructors, and trains approximately 7,000 participants each month. More than 100,000 individuals have completed training through ALLCPR to date.
Position Summary
The Web & SEO Specialist supports the development, maintenance, and organic growth of ALLCPR’s website and nationwide location pages.
This position combines WordPress development, front-end design, technical SEO, local SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both website technology and search-performance data.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development
- Maintain and improve ALLCPR’s WordPress website, including Elementor, WooCommerce, plugins, and page templates.
- Build and update responsive pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Support forms, API integrations, plugin customization, and basic PHP or MySQL tasks.
- Manage website updates, backups, security, and performance optimization.
- Support integrations involving scheduling, LMS platforms, WooCommerce, and workflow automation.
UI/UX and Conversion Optimization
- Design and improve landing pages, campaign pages, and training-location pages.
- Ensure pages are mobile-friendly, accessible, visually consistent, and easy to navigate.
- Identify usability and conversion issues and recommend improvements.
- Build reusable website components and page templates.
SEO and Local Search
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and search-intent research.
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, content structure, and internal links.
- Support technical SEO, structured data, sitemaps, canonical tags, and index management.
- Optimize more than 160 location pages for local search visibility.
- Support Google Business Profile management, citation consistency, and backlink development.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Track organic traffic, rankings, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Identify performance gaps and prepare optimization plans.
- Report website and SEO progress to the Marketing and Operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience.
- Current students seeking CPT or OPT opportunities are welcome to apply.
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, or similar website platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of on-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Ability to interpret website and search-performance data.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ownership of assigned projects.
- A portfolio or examples of previous website projects are strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- PHP, MySQL, REST API, or basic server-management experience.
- Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Core Web Vitals, page-speed optimization, and responsive design.
- Multi-location or franchise-style SEO.
- Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Git, n8n, Zapier, Make, or AI-assisted automation workflows.
