About ALLCPR

ALLCPR, which stands for “All of Us Should Learn CPR,” is a leading community emergency training network founded in Silicon Valley in 2022 by USJ Education Group.

ALLCPR provides American Red Cross CPR, BLS, AED, and First Aid training, as well as American Heart Association BLS courses. Today, ALLCPR operates more than 160 training locations across 35 U.S. states, works with over 200 full-time and part-time instructors, and trains approximately 7,000 participants each month.

Position Summary

ALLCPR is seeking qualified American Red Cross / American Heart Association CPR and BLS instructors to deliver high-quality training to individuals, healthcare professionals, businesses, schools, and community organizations.

The instructor will teach CPR, AED, and Basic Life Support skills, demonstrate proper techniques, evaluate student performance, and ensure that all courses are delivered in accordance with the applicable American Heart Association or American Red Cross curriculum and requirements.

Classes may be held at ALLCPR training locations, schools, offices, hospitals, community centers, or client facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS training to individuals and groups.
  • Follow the approved curriculum and standards of the applicable certifying organization.
  • Demonstrate proper CPR, AED, and BLS techniques.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Prepare the classroom, equipment, student roster, and course materials before each class.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, completion, and training records.
  • Submit required course documentation promptly after training.
  • Ensure all training equipment and materials are clean, functional, and ready for use.
  • Communicate professionally with students, clients, venue partners, and ALLCPR staff.
  • Participate in required updates, quality reviews, and professional development activities.

Required Certifications

Applicants must hold at least one current instructor certification applicable to the courses they will teach.

For AHA courses:

  • Current American Heart Association BLS Instructor certification or higher is required.
  • Additional instructor credentials from recognized training organizations.

For ARC courses:

  • American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
  • American Red Cross BLS Instructor certification.
  • Additional instructor credentials from recognized training organizations.

Applicants who hold instructor credentials from another recognized organization may be considered for future opportunities. Additional training, alignment, or bridging requirements may apply before teaching ALLCPR courses.

Equipment Requirements

Instructors should have access to sufficient training equipment for the classes they accept.

Ownership of at least three complete CPR manikin sets is strongly preferred. Each set should include the appropriate adult, child, or infant manikin equipment required for the assigned course.

Additional compensation may be available based on instructor experience, equipment availability, class requirements, and long-term performance.

Qualifications

  • Current instructor certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or another approved training organization.
  • Strong knowledge of CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a classroom and provide effective student instruction.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time with required equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of teaching experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and demonstrate CPR techniques for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and transport training equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to set up, clean, and pack training equipment.

Schedule and Working Conditions

  • Classes may take place on weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
  • Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
  • Instructors may teach at multiple training locations depending on local demand.
  • Applicants must be able to commute reliably to the assigned location.

  • Course type and class requirements.
  • Teaching performance and reliability.
  • Length and quality of cooperation with ALLCPR.
