This role is responsible for promoting sales of the first aid related products such as training mannequins, certification kits, and first aid supplies.

Position Summary

The Specialist of First Aid Product manages the sales, promotion, and coordination of ALLCPR’s first aid product line, including CPR training mannequins, AED accessories, certification kits, first aid supplies, and emergency preparedness kits.

This role supports operations for instructors, training centers, and corporate clients, ensuring smooth purchasing, delivery, and reordering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Sales & Coordination:

  • Promote first aid products to instructors, training centers, and partners.
  • Manage inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams and vendors for fulfillment.

Product Management:

  • Maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory and reorder cycles.
  • Update product catalog across ALLCPR platforms.

Client & Instructor Communication:

  • Communicate needs and reorder cycles with centers and instructors.
  • Recommend necessary equipment and required standards (ARC/AHA aligned).

Operations & Reporting:

  • Track sales trends and product demand.
  • Prepare monthly product usage and sales reports.
  • Assist with procurement, vendor communication, and quality control feedback.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage product tasks with accuracy.
  • Interest in sales, e-commerce, or product operations.

 

Preferred:

  • Sales or e-commerce experience.
  • Familiarity with first aid or training equipment.
  • Experience using CRM or inventory systems.
