ALLCPR specializes in CPR, BLS, and AED training as well as first aid product and service solutions for individuals, families, and corporate groups. Today, ALLCPR has grown into an internationally recognized brand in emergency training. It is an American Red Cross Primary Licensed Training Provider (PLTP) and an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Partner and was honored with the 2024 American Red Cross Achievement Award for its outstanding achievements in community emergency training. ALLCPR has established over 160 community emergency training centers across 35 U.S. states, supported by more than 200 full-time and part-time instructors. ALLCPR trains approximately 7,000 participants each month, with over 100,000 individuals trained to date.Through its proprietary AI Agent Management Platform, ALLCPR has achieved intelligent, end-to-end digital management—from registration and instruction to assessment and certification. Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing and communication efforts. In this role, you will assist in managing social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and coordinating marketing campaigns that promote ALLCPR’s mission and training programs.

This position offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and public outreach while contributing to a growing organization dedicated to community safety and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Support the development and publication of content on ALLCPR’s social media platforms and website.
  • Design flyers, graphics, and promotional posts for upcoming classes and community events.
  • Assist in writing newsletters, blog posts, and press releases to engage students and partners.

Campaign & Event Support:

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting CPR and First Aid certification programs.
  • Coordinate with training centers and instructors to collect photos, testimonials, and stories.
  • Support the preparation and marketing of community outreach events and partnerships.

Market Research & Analytics:

  • Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and regional outreach opportunities.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide weekly updates on campaign performance.
  • Suggest improvements for increasing brand awareness and student participation.

Administrative & Team Support:

  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets, materials, and reports.
  • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to align marketing with student needs.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Basic knowledge of design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace).
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

  • Previous internship or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience with email marketing tools or analytics (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
  • Bilingual (English + Chinese or Spanish) is a plus.
