Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Website UI/UX Designer to help us maintain and enhance our digital presence. This role is vital to ensuring a consistent, engaging, and professional user experience for students, instructors, and partners visiting any of our 160+ CPR training site websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Design & Development
    • Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for 140+ individual training site web pages using templates or content management systems.
    • Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance across all devices and browsers.
  • Content Management & Updates
    • Maintain and regularly update web content for each training location (e.g., class schedules, instructor profiles, venue information, pricing).
    • Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
  • User Experience Optimization
    • Continuously evaluate and improve the user journey to increase enrollment conversions and reduce navigation friction.
    • Collect and analyze user feedback and behavior metrics to make data-informed design decisions.
  • Brand Consistency & Aesthetics
    • Implement and uphold a consistent visual identity across all web pages, including typography, color schemes, imagery, and layout.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional design elements with broader brand initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

     

    • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, business development, and customer service to ensure design solutions meet operational needs.
    • Coordinate with web developers (as needed) to implement advanced functionalities or third-party integrations.
  • Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
    • Monitor website speed, uptime, and performance.
    • Identify and resolve UX bugs, layout issues, or visual inconsistencies quickly to maintain a smooth browsing experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in website design and UI/UX roles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and UX best practices.
  • Ability to manage content for large-scale, multi-location web structures.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript or working knowledge of front-end frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or multi-site franchise models is a plus.
  • Basic SEO and performance optimization knowledge.
