Position Summary

The Admissions & Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both the recruitment of new students and the rigorous administrative and regulatory maintenance of the university. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day student admissions processes and preparing, organizing, and managing the extensive paperwork required for institutional compliance, academic audits, and internal governance.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Student Recruitment Support:

  • Manage and process student inquiries, enrollment applications, and registration documents for the MBA and MSCS programs.
  • Provide prospective students with clear information regarding admission requirements, curriculum, and enrollment procedures.
  • Coordinate student onboarding and maintain accurate and up-to-date prospective and enrolled student records.

Compliance & Documentation Management (Paperwork):

  • Prepare, organize, and archive institutional documentation to support compliance with regulatory bodies such as the BPPE and ACCSC.
  • Assist in creating, distributing, and collecting quarterly/annual institutional surveys and evaluation forms from students, faculty, and board members; compile survey data reports.
  • Coordinate, draft, and maintain accurate meeting minutes for various university committees (e.g., Faculty Meetings, Academic Committee, Board of Trustees).
  • Review and help update crucial institutional documents including the School Catalog and Enrollment Agreements to ensure alignment with compliance updates.

Operations & Internal Communication:

  • Provide administrative support to faculty and institutional leadership regarding academic records and school policies.
  • Liaise between the admissions office, institutional compliance teams, and university channels to ensure information flows seamlessly.
  • Assist with other administrative, budgeting, or operational tasks as assigned by the university administration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (current students seeking CPT/OPT are welcome to apply).
  • Experience: Prior experience in university admissions, registrar offices, or administrative compliance roles is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual capability is a plus).
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    • Strong document drafting, proofreading, and data organization skills.
