ICCPRA Honored with American Red Cross’s Top Partnership Title: PLTP

San Francisco, November 22, 2024 – The International Community CPR Alliance (ICCPRA) proudly celebrated its recognition as a Primary Licensed Training Provider (PLTP) by the American Red Cross during a milestone event, marking a significant leap forward in its mission to enhance emergency response services in the United States.

The event brought together distinguished leaders and partners, including ICCPRA Chairperson and Founding President of USJ, Dr. Claude Wang; USJ Vice President, Dr. Bin Li; Patten Trustee, Dr. Tony Hu; Chengdu Gocean Education Group’s General Manager, Mr. Peng Wang; and representatives from ICCPRA’s branches in Washington, Maryland, Los Angeles, and its headquarters in China. Dr. Bin Li presided over the ceremony.

A Journey of Impact and Growth

In his keynote address, Dr. Claude Wang reflected on ICCPRA’s remarkable growth since its inception. From becoming a Licensed Training Provider of the American Red Cross in 2021 to establishing its first branch in 2022, ICCPRA has expanded rapidly, scaling its monthly training capacity from 100 participants to an impressive 3,000. This recognition as a PLTP is a testament to its dedication and impact on emergency preparedness.

“Receiving this prestigious title is not only an honor but also a call to action,” said Dr. Wang. “We are committed to expanding our reach, serving communities across the U.S., and achieving even greater milestones in emergency training.”

Transforming Community Emergency Training ICCPRA, an initiative by Gocean Silicon Valley Education Academy (Gosvea), is dedicated to building a robust network of community emergency response training centers under its ALLCPR brand. With over 60 training centers across 25 states, ICCPRA trains approximately 3,000 individuals monthly in CPR and BLS, reaching an annual total of more than 20,000.

Vision for the Future

Dr. Wang shared ICCPRA’s ambitious goal: to establish 300 training centers across all 50 U.S. states, training 10,000 people per month and 100,000 annually. “We will keep pushing forward with relentless determination. Together, we will achieve these goals and make a lasting impact.”

Congratulatory Messages and Global Collaboration Dr. Tony Hu, Trustee of Patten and LU, congratulated ICCPRA on this remarkable achievement, urging the team to build on its momentum and aim even higher. Mr. Peng Wang, representing Chengdu Gocean Education Group, celebrated the U.S. team’s accomplishments and expressed hopes for ICCPRA’s continued contributions to U.S.-China collaboration.
