Oaths in Multiple Languages

ALLCPR, founded by Gosvea (Gocean Silicon Valley Education Academy, also known as Golden Ocean America and the University of San Jose Education Group), is a leading community CPR training network in North America. It is recognized as a top enterprise in the U.S. community CPR training industry, serving as a Premier Licensed Training Provider (PLTP) of the American Red Cross (ARC) and a training partner of the American Heart Association (AHA). In 2024, ALLCPR received the prestigious ARC Contribution Award. As of August 2025, ALLCPR has established 150 training centers across 35 states in North America, training over 7,000 people each month, with projections to reach an annual training scale of 100,000 by 2026.
On September 24, 2025, the first edition of the ALLCPR Rescuer Oath was simultaneously released in Silicon Valley, USA, and Chengdu, China. The launch of this first edition of the oath helps every trainee more clearly understand the mission and responsibility of learning CPR lifesaving skills, turning knowledge into action to build a safety line for life.
Life safety knows no borders. This dual-city release of the oath is not only a shared commitment to uphold emergency response values but also an effort to promote an international community model of “training–practice–heritage.” The vision is to enable every ordinary person to become a guardian of life.
From Silicon Valley to Chengdu and then to the global stage, the oath is being transformed into concrete action. We hope more community residents will join the ranks of emergency responders, allowing professional lifesaving skills to gradually permeate every corner of our cities and building a stronger safety shield for the international community.

Text of the Oath (English Version):
CPR Commitment Oath
(For Instructors, Students, or Providers)
I pledge to use the skills I have learned to help save lives.
I understand that in an emergency, every second counts.
I will respond with confidence, compassion, and care.
I will respect the dignity of every person, regardless of who they are.
I commit to staying prepared, keeping my knowledge up to date,
and encouraging others to learn the power of CPR.
I stand ready to be the difference between life and death.
This is my promise – to act when needed, to never hesitate, and to always care.

CPR急救员誓言

我承诺运用所学技能来帮助拯救生命。
我明白在紧急情况下，每一秒都很重要，
我将以自信、同情和关怀回应。
我将尊重每个人的尊严，无论他们是谁。
我承诺保持准备，保持我的知识更新，并鼓励他人学习心肺复苏的CPR技能。
我随时准备在生命急救时发挥作用。

Responderé con confianza, compasión y cuidado.
Respetaré la dignidad de cada persona, independientemente de quiénes sean.
Me comprometo a estar preparado, mantener mis conocimientos al día,
y alentar a otros a aprender el poder de la RCP.
Estoy listo para ser la diferencia entre la vida y la muerte.

Je comprends qu’en cas d’urgence, chaque seconde compte.
Je répondrai avec confiance, compassion et soin.
Je respecterai la dignité de toutes les personnes, quelles qu’elles soient.
Je m’engage à rester préparé, à garder mes connaissances à jour,
et encourager les autres à apprendre le pouvoir de la RCP.
Je suis prêt à être la différence entre la vie et la mort.
C’est ma promesse – d’agir quand c’est nécessaire, de ne jamais hésiter et de toujours se soucier.
