NPO+LP Model: Establishing ALLCPR’s Unique Development Advantage – Dr. Claude Wang
In his keynote speech, Dr. Claude Wang reviewed the development journey of ALLCPR (ALL of Us Should Learn CPR), which is dedicated to building a nationwide community emergency training network. ALLCPR empowers individuals to become certified CPR responders, BLS lifesavers, and ICPIS specialists. Guided by the philosophy of “Helping others helps oneself,” ALLCPR aims to create a top-tier community emergency training service system.
Dr. Wang elaborated on the “public-private partnership model” adopted by the Gosvea Education Group, which operates under the “NPO+ LP” structure. ICCPRA (International Community CPR Alliance) focuses on building community CPR volunteer teams and collaborates with USJ to conduct public service activities. ALLCPR, on the other hand, implements a dual strategy of “community emergency training + emergency product supply,” developing the “ALLCPR APP” and “ALLCPR STORE” to create a functional platform for emergency knowledge and products, fostering a safer community emergency service ecosystem.
