[San Jose, CA – May 2025] — ALLCPR(DBA of Gosvea) recently underwent a formal investigation by the American Red Cross Quality Assurance (QA) Department following a student complaint related to a CPR/BLS class taught earlier this month.
According to the report, one student expressed dissatisfaction with the class duration and requested to end the session early. When the instructor — in accordance with ARC guidelines — declined to cut the session short, a disagreement occurred. The instructor made the professional decision not to issue a certificate, as the student did not fully meet the course participation requirements. The student then filed a formal complaint against both the instructor and ALLCPR with the ARC QA team.
In response, the Red Cross initiated a thorough and rigorous review of the instructor’s conduct, class documentation, and training delivery. The QA team confirmed that the instructor had followed all required ARC protocols, including:
- Delivering the full course duration without skipping any components
- Allowing sufficient time for student hands-on practice
- Presenting all required videos, slides, and instructor-led content
- Maintaining classroom integrity and professionalism
As a result of the findings, the Red Cross confirmed that no violations occurred, and no disciplinary action was taken.
ALLCPR expresses full confidence in the instructor’s professionalism and commitment to safety and education. As a gesture of appreciation, the organization has provided the instructor with a formal acknowledgment and a small bonus for upholding training standards under pressure.
ALLCPR remains committed to delivering high-quality, compliant training that prioritizes both student learning and public trust, and will continue to support its instructors in maintaining those standards.
