ALLCPR Emergency Rules

As a Primary Licensed Training Provider of the American Red Cross, ALLCPR is committed to advancing community emergency training across the United States. Currently, ALLCPR has established 115 community emergency training centers in 30 states, training nearly 5,000 people per month, and providing first aid products, achieving both social and economic benefits.
Based on ALLCPR’s experience in community emergency, we have summarized the ALLCPR Emergency Rules, hoping to help more people master self-rescue and mutual aid skills in critical moments. These rules are expressed in a 0-1-2-3 format for easy memorization and practice.

ALLCPR Emergency Rules

Rule 0: Strengthen Prevention
Prevention is better than treatment. Take effective measures to reduce the risk of emergencies before they occur. Keep the following basic principles in mind:

  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Equip yourself with essential first aid supplies
  • Master basic first aid knowledge
  • The key point is: prevent problems before they arise.

Rule 1: Learn Self-Rescue
Life is full of uncertainties, and learning self-rescue is crucial:

  • Carry personal first aid supplies with you
  • Ensure communication is available in critical moments
  • Remember the “Golden 4 Minutes” and “12-Second Rule”
  • Pay attention to signs of physical discomfort and seek help or medical attention promptly

Rule 2: Remember Mutual Aid
Even the strongest individuals need help from others. Learning CPR not only helps others, but it also ensures you can receive help in critical moments.

  • “I learn CPR to save my friends; my friends learn CPR to save me.”
  • In a crisis, not only should you help others, but you should also encourage others to help you.

Rule 3: Build an Emergency Ecosystem
Create emergency support networks within communities, organizations, and families to improve collective emergency response abilities.

  • Community: Build community first aid volunteer teams to provide CPR checks at group activities.
  • Enterprises/Industry organizations: Create corporate first aid volunteer teams and promote CPR training within companies and associations.
  • Families: Encourage family members to learn first aid, build family first aid volunteer teams, and create a mutually supportive safety environment.
We actively promote a “community, organization, family” integrated first aid ecosystem to improve the overall emergency response capabilities of society.
