“The First USJ Personal AI Agent (Onsite) Practical Training Program OfficiallyLaunched” — A New Paradigm for AI Talent Training

[July 21, 2025 – Silicon Valley]

The “USJ and ALLCPR AI Agent (Onsite) Practical Training Program,” jointly developed by the University of San Jose (USJ) and Gosvea’s ALLCPR, was officially launched at USJ’s Silicon Valley campus on July 21, 2025. This marks a solid step forward in USJ’s integration of AI and vocational education. Five outstanding interns from Silicon Valley participated in this first session of the USJ Personal AI Agent (Onsite) Practical Training.

The program is led by ALLCPR’s Chief AI Knowledge Officer, AL, and features in-depth instruction and hands-on training covering topics such as the ALLCPR national community emergency response system, AI Agent design strategies, prompt engineering, and industry applications.
Adopting a model of “project-based + task-based + mentor-led” training, students are guided to develop specialized ALLCPR Personal AI Agents based on real-world scenarios. Practical training focuses on areas such as CPR education, AI-powered Q&A, learning support, and customer service.

“We aim to train a new generation of AI professionals who understand the logic behind AI tools, master deployment techniques, and possess strong product awareness through this immersive, hands-on onsite experience,” explained Dr. Bin Li, USJ’s Vice President of Academic Affairs.
This initiative is also a key move in USJ’s dual-focus approach to “AI entrepreneurship + vocational skill development”, and strengthens collaboration with ALLCPR at the levels of education, technology, and application.

The USJ AI Agent program will continue to recruit interns and entrepreneurs under the ALLCPR OPT/CPT internship plan, offering real platforms and technical support to build a complete “AI-empowered personal entrepreneurship” ecosystem.
In the future, this program will also be extended beyond the Bay Area to partner institutions and organizations, forming a standardized curriculum and certification system.

The launch of this training program represents a strategic upgrade for USJ in AI vocational education, and provides a new model and case study for cultivating AI application-oriented talent in higher education.

The second cohort of the USJ Personal AI Agent (Onsite/Online) Practical Training Program is scheduled for August 21, 2025. Stay tuned and get involved!
