AllCPR CPR Instructor course Policy

 

Student Online Course Policy

Students participating in a Blended Learning course must complete the online portion before the scheduled in-person session. If you have not completed the online portion prior to the skill sessions, the instructor will not allow you to participate in the skill session, as per American Red Cross regulations. In this case, we will not issue a certificate and no refund will be provided.

AllCPR Policies

A. Cancellation Policy:

To cancel and/or request a refund, please email at: support@allcpr.org

  •  Notice of less than 72 hours before class: No Refund
  • Notice of 1 week or 72 hours before class: 50% Partial Refund
  • Notice of more than 8 days before class: Course Fee less $50 admin fee Partial Refund (ex: $295 – $50 = $245 Partial Refund)

B. Reschedule Policy:

Students can only reschedule their course 24 hours before the in-person class schedule. To reschedule an Instructor Course, please mail at: support@allcpr.org

  • 1st occurrence: $25 fee with more than 72 hours notice before class; $50 fee with less than 72 hours notice before class.
  • 2nd occurrence: $50 fee regardless of notice period.

Participants may not request to reschedule more than twice and must enroll in the Instructor course again and re-pay the full amount.

C. No Show Policy:

If students fail to attend their scheduled in-person class, they will not be eligible to receive an OSHA-Approved CPR certificate, and there will be no refund.

Health & Safety Precautions:

Masks are welcome but not required. Students who have a fever or display symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu will be required to reschedule. Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training.

Classroom Course:

Students must attend the entire course, pass skills sessions, and a written test (if required) to receive certification.

Certification:

All course certifications are digitally issued and valid for 2 years. Please ensure the spelling of your name and email are correct during checkout.

No Refunds:

No refund will be issued if a student attends the course, completes the online portion, and/or receives a course completion certification.

Note:

Gosvea Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a different class at no additional charge. By selecting this checkbox, you agree with Gosvea’s Policies above. This checkbox represents a digital signature.

Course Participant Agreement

All course participants must comply with all the regulations set forth by Gosvea Inc. and associated staff. In consideration of my participation in any Gosvea Inc. managed course or service, I agree to the terms stated above regarding risk assumption, liability waiver, and data use.
