This role coordinates CPR group training for companies, schools, clubs, and organizations. The Group Training Specialist ensures smooth communication, scheduling, and logistics to deliver high-quality group training experiences.

Position Summary

The Group Training Specialist coordinates CPR/BLS/AED group training services for businesses, schools, and organizations.

This role manages communication, scheduling, instructor coordination, and logistics to ensure high-quality group training delivery across ALLCPR’s nationwide network.

This is a KPI-based role suitable for fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

Group Training Coordination:

• Respond to group training inquiries and provide customized arrangements.

• Coordinate instructor assignments, facility booking, and equipment preparation.

• Maintain and update national group training calendars.

 

Client & Instructor Communication:

• Act as the communication bridge between clients and instructors.

• Ensure all stakeholders understand training schedule, requirements, and details.

 

Operational Support:

• Prepare rosters, documentation, and reports.

• Update AI platform records and ensure data accuracy.

 

Performance:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly KPI targets.

• Improve group training workflow and client experience.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and schedules.

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

 

Preferred:

• Experience in event/project coordination, customer success, or operations.

• Experience with CRM or scheduling systems.
