This role provides administrative, scheduling, and record support to instructors and students to ensure smooth class delivery.
Position Summary
The coordinator provides administrative, scheduling, and record-management support to instructors and students to ensure seamless CPR/BLS/AED class delivery.
This role handles enrollment processing, class logistics, certification documentation, and communication support across ALLCPR’s national operations.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Administrative & Scheduling Coordination:
- Manage student enrollment, confirmations, and class registrations.
- Support class scheduling and coordinate instructor availability.
- Maintain accurate training calendars and system updates.
Training Records & Documentation:
- Prepare rosters, attendance records, and completion forms.
- Support certificate issuance and compliance with ARC/AHA standards.
- Maintain accurate data in the AI Agent Management System.
Instructor & Student Support:
- Assist instructors with class preparation, materials, and updates.
- Provide students with class details, reminders, and post-training guidance.
- Collect training feedback and track quality issues.
Operations & Communication:
- Route training updates to Service, Channel, and Compliance teams.
- Support issue resolution involving scheduling or documentation.
- Ensure smooth internal and external communication.
