On October 9, 2024, the ICCPRA Washington State Branch Office and AllCPR Washington State Managing Center held their inaugural ceremony at the University of San Jose conference room. The event, which took place from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, marked the official launch of both organizations in Washington State.
The ceremony began with an opening speech by Dr. Claude Wang, the founding president of the University of San Jose. He briefly reviewed the development of ICCPRA and AllCPR and shared his hopes for the future of the Washington branch. Following him, Faye Qi, head of the Washington State branch, expressed her gratitude for this opportunity and her confidence in what lies ahead.
USJ Vice President Tom Tafolla also spoke, expressing optimism about the branch’s potential. The event concluded with a group photo of all attendees, who were excited about the future of ICCPRA and AllCPR in Washington State.
ICCPRA’s motto is: “One Minute First Aid, One Lifetime Happiness,” and AllCPR promotes: “All of us should learn CPR.”
Lastly, we extend our heartfelt wishes for the safety of the people in Florida as they face the current typhoon. We are pleased to inform you that all five of our CPR training centers are operating as usual.
